Call to Order 7:05 pm

Treasurers Report
• Review of the Treasurers report.
• Report 2,095 expense, 17,090 carry over balance forward, and spoke about the importance of the enrichment program, there are payment installments and explained the importance of fees and what it covers (performances, program printing, guest lecturers and authors).
Question from floor: A parent asked if parent volunteer hours would be included with enrichment, Rex explained and replied the answer was no
Report of the Executive Board
• Reflections & Spa Dance
• Thank you to Marsha Tolbert and Carol Franklin for Spa Dance
• Also, Lorraine Flick and Kelli Shields for Reflections
Fundraising:
• Kids Stuff Coupon Book- offers a variety of items for young kids and provides great discounts. Sells for $25 and DSA will receive 50% profit.
Old Business:
• None
New Business
• The display screens should be in place for fall drama.
• Ms. Diamond has received her request for items.

o Jr. vs. Faculty Basketball Game $3 ticket
o The arts community-guest Musiq SoulChild came to the school
o After Thanksgiving break only 2 weeks till Holiday Break
