Summer Arts Scholarships

Since 1997, the Tim Redovian Memorial Fund has provided more than $230,000 in summer scholarships to high school students of the arts! We are quite proud of our accomplishments — all made in memory of Tim Redovian, a gifted young performer who died of a rare respiratory disorder. As you may know, there are not many scholarship programs in Metro Atlanta that allow high school students to choose their summer arts program, and then apply for scholarship money. With the 2013-2014 school year more than half over, TRMF is once again looking for high school students of the performing arts who want to continue their artistic development during the summer months in the areas of drama, voice, dance, or instrument.

Students are asked to submit a complete scholarship packet (including signed application, transcript of grades, written essay, one reference from a performing arts teacher, and a $20.00 non-refundable application fee) to TRMF no later than Friday, March 28, 2014. All auditions will take place at The Alliance Theatre on Saturday, April 19, 2014. This year, we will be accepting up to 40 applicants who meet all scholarship requirements.

Please download the application, application criteria form, and a letter explaining the TRMF scholarship program.
